DSP 20 Group exists to help tire and auto service dealers improve profitability and their overall business. While our goal is >10% net profit for all members, the benefits of joining DSP go beyond finances. Members come together three times a year to help each other, whether it’s by improving their business performance by sharing best practices, new technologies and trends, or by being an emotional support group and offering advice based on their own experiences. Intense discussions, lively challenges and animated dialogue constitute the 2 1/2 day meetings while the DSP facilitators make sure everyone stays focused on dealers’ issues. Every month, dealers get a detailed financial report which shows their results compared to all group members in a simple, easy-to-read format.
